How it all came together…
It began with an unwavering passion for cake. Not just making it, but more importantly, eating it. We really enjoy a good Japanese cheesecake, but had a hard time getting one close to home. And thus began our journey…
We set out to create a bakeshop that not only served the best Japanese cheesecakes around, but also was a treat for all the other senses.
Our master baker, Mona, is the chemist in the kitchen, hand crafting delicious desserts daily including cakes of various flavours, cheese tarts, and other delectable pleasures.
Our cheesecakes are so delicious and light, not only because they are simple, but because they are made from fresh, natural, wholesome ingredients… and lots of love! (Yes, we know it’s cheesy, but it’s TRUE!)
